Step 1: The Consultation

Your journey at E/C Wellness by Design begins with a comprehensive consultation. This in-depth visit with our board-certified Nurse Practitioner is designed for both men and women who want to uncover the root causes of their health concerns and take a personalized approach to improving energy, vitality, and overall wellness.

During the consultation, we take time to understand your full health history, current symptoms, and lifestyle factors such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and environmental influences. We look closely at key areas that often drive health challenges, including hormonal balance, metabolic function, gut health, inflammation, detoxification capacity, adrenal and thyroid function, and other interconnected systems that influence long-term wellness.

Step 2: Personalized Testing

After your consultation, we guide you in selecting the most meaningful next steps to gain deeper insight into your health. This may include advanced bloodwork for hormone and metabolic health, GI-MAP testing for gut function and microbiome balance, DUTCH testing for hormone patterns, adrenal function testing through saliva (to assess cortisol rhythm), organic acids testing for nutrient status and detoxification pathways, and hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) to evaluate mineral balance and overall resilience.

These recommendations are tailored to your individual needs and are discussed thoroughly during the consultation. They provide the information needed to design a truly personalized plan to support your ongoing health and wellness.

Step 3: The Plan

The final step is creating your personalized plan. This is where all of the insights from your consultation and testing come together to guide an approach that is both practical and sustainable.

Your plan may include weight-management strategies such as targeted supplementation or prescription medications, paired with guidance and accountability from both our Nurse Practitioner and certified health coach. For those with hormonal imbalances, we offer bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for both men and women. Together, we discuss the best delivery method for your needs, whether that’s pellet therapy, injections, transdermal applications, or a supplement-based approach to restoring balance.

Nutrition is at the heart of every successful program and often serves as the foundation for healing. We emphasize that the right nutrition plan can be transformative, whether it’s focused on optimizing macronutrients for metabolic health, improving gut integrity, or using a short-term elimination protocol to help calm inflammation and reset your immune system.

Every step of the way, you’ll have ongoing support through our programs, helping you follow through and stay on track. Our team is here to guide, educate, and encourage you so that you can not only start your wellness journey but sustain it for long-term results.

Training/Nutrition with our Health Coach

Individual Design
 

Our Individual Design (I.D.) program offers a personalized approach to fitness and nutrition, integrating customized workouts and nutrition counseling to align with your unique lifestyle. We meet you at your current fitness level and progressively guide you toward achieving your specific goals.

  • Goal-Setting Consultation – Establish clear objectives to guide your training. 

  • Baseline Evaluation – Assess your current fitness level to create a strong foundation.

  • Customized Training & Nutrition Plan – Workouts and nutritional plans/coaching  to support your lifestyle and goals.

  • Daily Accountability via CoachRx – Stay on track and consistent with ongoing support and communication.

  • Two Personal Training Sessions per Month – Receive hands-on coaching and guidance.

  • Monthly InBody Scan – Monitor progress with detailed body composition analysis.

This program is designed to provide the structure, accountability, and expert support needed to help you succeed.

Personalized Nutrition Coachinig

Just like our Individual Design program, we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Your nutrition plan is customized to align with your training, lifestyle, and overall goals, ensuring a sustainable and enjoyable process.

This program is ideal for those seeking a structured, customized approach to nutrition that complements their fitness journey.

Individual Design Training Only

Our Individual Design Training  provides many of the same benefits as the full Individual Design program, with a primary focus on personalized training. Each week, you’ll receive customized workouts tailored to your goals, exercise preferences, and baseline evaluation results. Our goal is to help you progress safely while minimizing the risk of injury.

Program Includes:

  • Goal-Setting Consultation – Establish clear objectives to guide your training.

  • Baseline Evaluation – Assess your current fitness level to create a strong foundation.

  • Customized Training Plan – Workouts designed specifically for your needs and preferences.

  • Daily Accountability via CoachRx – Stay on track and consistent with ongoing support and communication.

  • One Personal Training Session per Month – Receive hands-on coaching and guidance.

  • Monthly InBody Scan – Monitor progress with detailed body composition analysis.

This program is ideal for those seeking structured, goal-driven training with expert oversight.
